Dave Kroha - President, Creative Director
Dave's effectiveness in creative marketing direction comes from 27-plus years of integrating the "power of direct" into virtually all forms of media. A graduate of the Boston University School of Fine Arts, Dave's career began as an art director with Xerox Education Publications. Over the years, he has launched and managed a number of communications businesses including Katz & Kroha Advertising, Kroha Direct, Caring Grandparents of America, and Arrowhead Direct.

Eileen Hasson - CEO
Eileen's primary strengths come in the form of marketing consultant, business analyst and project manager. She has served as project manager on both State of Connecticut and local municipality projects. Eileen also manages a variety of projects for our business clientele while overseeing the sales and marketing functions of our IT Partner, The Computer Company, Inc. Eileen graduated summa cum laude from SUNY at Albany with a major in Communications and a minor in Computer Science.

Judy Kroha - Client Relations
From conception through launch, Judy concentrates on maintaining contact, budget, and schedule to ensure client satisfaction. With a business education from Western Connecticut State University, Judy held a number of client service positions with companies that include Nestle and the Sealed Air Corp. Earning a Series 7 accreditation, Judy served on the New York Stock Exchange with the brokerage firm of Keefe, Bruyette, and Woods.

Matthew Hasson - Chief Information Officer
Matthews duties are split between acting as our primary IT lead  overseeing a staff of 20+ experienced and knowledgeable technology and design professionals. His 25-plus years of experience in programming and IT sciences  provides iiCREATiVE with the expertise needed to solve the toughest web based communication, programming, and  IT system challenges.

Cindy DiPierdomenico - Art Director
With a degree in graphic design and over 25 years of experience, Cindy's proven mastery of visual communications, especially in the field of direct mail marketing, has translated into hundreds of winning designs and campaigns for clients nationwide.

Don Thurber - Lead Web Developer
